For Remote Assistance, we are only charging $30 for the first hour, and $20 for each additional hour (with a minimum charge of $20).

Assistance

If your system is running and has internet access we may be able to fix your system remotely and save you money. If we are unable to solve your issue with remote assistance the charge is applied toward any in-shop service fees.

Virus
Removal

We will scan your system with industry-leading programs used in the industry by IT professionals. Once the viruses and malware are removed, we will make the appropriate recommendations (most of which are free) to keep your system clean and safe.

Optimization

Tired of your computer running slow? We will optimize your system for peak possible performance. Not only will we optimize your software, but also your hardware. We will do everything we can to make your system run like new.

Data
Backup

The greatest loss in terms of cost is not from hardware or service failure, but rather the loss of data. Ensure the safety and integrity of your data with a customized backup plan (local or remote) from Kaw Valley Computer.

New System
Setup

We will remove annoying Adware, install Anti-Virus, create system-restore disks, install a data backup plan, and hook up the hardware, printer, and configure a secure network.

Give us a call at (913) 945-1045 to describe the computer problem you need help with, and have any questions answered.

2. Connect

Once directed to do so, click on “Remote Assist” at the top of the webpage to connect. This will allow our technicians to work on your computer in real-time.

3. Fix

Before we make any changes to your computer, we will get your permission first. You can even watch the technician work as your computer is fixed.
