Give us a call at (913) 945-1045 to describe the computer problem you need help with, and have any questions answered.

2. Connect

Once directed to do so, click on “Remote Assist” at the top of the webpage to connect. This will allow our technicians to work on your computer in real-time.

3. Fix

Before we make any changes to your computer, we will get your permission first. You can even watch the technician work as your computer is fixed.
